Shipping
Orders ship from Johnston, Rhode Island. After payment is confirmed, ready-to-ship pieces are prepared in about 2 business days before we hand them to the carrier. Event mini coffee thermos orders need at least 60 days before the celebration.
Standard U.S. shipping is $4.95. The final rate and any applicable tax are shown in secure Stripe Checkout before payment.
If a shipment is delayed, we email the address used at checkout or text the optional phone number on the order with a revised date. We do not send marketing texts. You may accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund to the original payment method.
Returns
Returns are only for unused items that arrive damaged. The return window is 5 days from delivery. Email maria@mariabco.com before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the unused item arrived damaged.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
Breakage and damage
Please photograph the outer box, packaging and damaged item within 5 days of delivery. We use these details to replace eligible pieces and improve packaging.
