Shipping
We begin processing after payment is confirmed. Ready-to-ship pieces are expected to leave the studio in 1 to 2 business days. Personalized pieces are expected to require 3 to 5 business days unless the product page states otherwise.
Standard U.S. shipping is $4.95 and is free for orders of $75 or more. The final rate and any applicable tax are shown in secure Stripe Checkout before payment.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you at the email used at checkout with a revised date. You may accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund to the original payment method.
Returns
Unused, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email maria@mariabco.com before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
Personalized goods are final sale except for defects, transit damage or MariabCo errors. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
Breakage and damage
Please photograph the outer box, packaging and damaged item. We use these details to replace eligible pieces and improve packaging.
