Our ceramics and artisan bags are made in Mexico. MariabCo small leather goods are designed and finished in Rhode Island. Each product page states the origin clearly.
How long does personalization take?+
Most made-to-order personalization is planned for 3 to 5 business days before shipping. Larger logo and event orders receive a custom timeline.
Can I return a personalized item?+
Personalized items are final sale except for defects, shipping damage or a MariabCo error. We photograph custom work before shipping.
How do I care for ceramics?+
Hand wash ceramic travel cups to preserve the finish, and inspect the lid before each use.
Do you offer corporate gifts?+
Yes. We recommend starting at 25 pieces for personalized event and business orders.
Is everything shown available now?+
Ready-to-ship products can be added to the bag. Studio previews are clearly marked and offer a waitlist while we complete testing.
