Products and availability
Product availability, color and handmade details may vary. The exact price, shipping charge and any applicable tax are shown before payment. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and MariabCo sends the order confirmation. Jewelry pieces are unique and on sale. When a piece sells, it will not be restocked.
Event orders
Personalized orders are mini coffee thermos cups for celebrations, with a minimum of 12 pieces and at least 60 days of lead time. Review the quantity in your bag before payment. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
Shipping, delays and cancellation
Ready-to-ship pieces are prepared in about 2 business days before handoff to the carrier. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will email a revised date or text the optional phone number on the order, or cancel the unshipped order with a full refund to the original payment method. We do not send marketing texts.
Returns and damaged goods
Returns are only for unused items that arrive damaged, and only within 5 days of delivery, under our shipping and returns policy.
