Products and availability
Product availability, color and handmade details may vary. The exact price, shipping charge and any applicable tax are shown before payment. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and MariabCo sends the order confirmation.
Personalization
Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, characters and selected options in the shopping bag before payment. Payment authorizes MariabCo to produce the personalized item exactly as submitted. We send the confirmation email after payment; contact us immediately if something is wrong, although changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
Shipping, delays and cancellation
Published processing times are estimates supported by our current production plan. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will offer a revised date or cancellation of the unshipped order with a full refund to the original payment method.
Returns and damaged goods
Unused standard goods may be returned under our shipping and returns policy. Personalized goods are final sale except for defects, transit damage or a MariabCo error.
