Effective August 17, 2026. Mariab Co LLC collects only the information needed to operate the store, fulfill orders, prevent abuse, support customers and send marketing when a customer has opted in.
Information we use
We receive contact, delivery, order, personalization and inquiry information directly from customers. We use it to complete purchases, deliver products, answer requests, prevent fraud and maintain required business records. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; MariabCo does not receive or store full card details.
Service providers
We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for outgoing email, Cloudflare and Sites for hosting and database services, and Site5 for receipt of customer-service email. If the Etsy integration is connected, product and order identifiers needed for inventory reconciliation are exchanged with Etsy. These providers process information only for the services MariabCo uses.
Private site measurement
MariabCo records aggregate page, product, cart and checkout actions to improve the store. It uses no analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifier, does not intentionally include names or email addresses, and honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. Anonymous event records are automatically removed after 90 days.

Retention and disclosure
Order, support and subscription records are retained only as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain suppression preferences, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal obligations. MariabCo does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing maria@mariabco.com from the address involved so we can verify the request. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, tax, accounting or legal obligations. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe option.
